Stewart Campbell established Westview Consultancy in 2017 to help hotel owners and potential hotel owners create value from existing hotels and new hotel developments. We aim to ensure hotel investors realise the maximum value possible from every project by exploring all the options available and allowing you to make the best choice for you at all stages.
Stewart Campbell has over 20 years hotel industry experience. Prior to establishing Westview Consultancy he was Managing Director of one of Europe’s largest hotel management companies – Redefine|BDL Hotels (now RBH Hospitality). As Managing Director of RBH Stewart led the growth in hotels under management and he gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in all types of hotels transactions.
Through his relationships with key investors and his deal experience Stewart can advise on the best options to consider when looking at any hotel opportunity. He has vast experience in dealing with senior debt providers as well as the legal requirements for management and franchise agreements which are key skills in making hotel deals happen.
In August 2018 Stewart led the purchase of The Aberdeen Altens Hotel. Stewart is a shareholding Director of SRS Hotels Aberdeen Limited which owns and operates the 216-bedroom 4-star full service hotel. Stewart is joint largest shareholder in and a Director of SRP Inverness Limited which owns a large development site in Inverness city centre with planning permission for a new build 210-bedroom hotel. Stewart is the largest shareholder in and a Director of SRK Hotels Limited which operates The Aberdeen Dyce Hotel - a 155-bedroom 4-star full service hotel near Aberdeen airport. Stewart currently holds a number of non-executive Director roles in the hospitality industry, including Apex Hotels based in Edinburgh.

Stewart gained a wealth of experience as he played a key role in the transactions to invest in and to exit his hotel asset and hotel management company investments. In May 2013 he led the sale of BDL to Redefine to create the enlarged Redefine|BDL Hotels.
Prior to joining the hotel industry, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Glasgow. Stewart holds a BSc (Hons) Technology and Business Studies (Accounting and Computer Science) degree from the University of Strathclyde. Stewart is married and has two sons.
